Lynchburg’s premier women’s resale store is hiring fashion-minded, customer service driven associates. Fantastic work environment with great work hours of 10-5:30 Monday – Saturday. Candidate must have flexible availability of 20 or more hours per week. Saturday availability is required, as well as the ability to work around holidays/college breaks.
Position Description
- Help promote all aspects of the business: Customer service, selling, pricing, and merchandising.
- Greet customers immediately, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Become familiar with products, brands and prices and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs.
- Price and ticket items appropriately based on pricing guidelines. Re-stock store following management guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures.
- Develop proficiency in operating computerized inventory tracking system for all sales transactions, consignments, etc.
- Achieve personal and store sales goals by applying sound customer service and sales protocol.
Qualifications
- VERY tech-savvy, types proficiently, and can learn software quickly.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work well as a team member and to take and follow directions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
- Lifting up to 40 Ibs. without assistance.
- Bending, rotating, using ladder, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise.

Lynchburg’s premier women’s resale store is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dressing Room Attendant to help enhance our customer experience. If you love fashion, enjoy helping others, and take pride in keeping things orderly and welcoming, this role could be a great fit!
As a Dressing Room Attendant, your primary role is to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting changing room environment and to support both customers and sales staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet customers as they enter the dressing rooms, offer assistance, and answer questions about sizing, fit, or styling
- Monitor fitting room traffic and enforce store policies (e.g. limit on number of garments)
- Return items left in fitting rooms to appropriate areas (e.g. merchandise rack, return cart)
- Keep the dressing rooms tidy and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and order of fitting room area (vacuuming, wiping mirrors, seating, floors)
- Communicate trends or customer feedback observed in dressing room usage to the team
- Occasionally help with overflow tasks such as light merchandising or organizing inventory in the fitting area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and poised under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling garments frequently
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy times
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support the team
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk for most of the shift (up to 8 hours)
- Bend, reach, and twist to retrieve or hang garments
- Lift up to 25–35 lbs when moving racks or boxes
- Climb small ladders or step stools occasionally
- Frequent handling of clothing racks, hangers, and accessories
